The Warranty Coverage of Motorcycle Tires

1.Return and unused exchange: If the tire is not used within 7 days after purchase and manufacturing defects such as exposed threads or side bubbles are found, a return can be applied for. New motorcycle tires that have not been installed and used within 30 days and have quality issues such as bulging during inflation or appearance defects can usually be replaced directly.

2.In-use replacement/claim: The warranty period is usually limited to 5 years from the production date and needs to be determined based on the degree of wear of the tread pattern. If more than 70% of the patterns are found to have manufacturing defects, they can be replaced for free. The higher the degree of remaining wear and tear, the higher the proportion of the cost to be borne for replacement (for example, if there is 50%-59% remaining, 40% of the factory price needs to be paid). Defects include problems caused by production processes or raw materials such as tread delamination, tread grooves and cracks, shoulder bulges and hollowing, side blisters, and toe opening cracks.

3. Clearly excluded situations: Damages caused by human factors or external forces are not covered by the three guarantees, such as abnormal tire pressure, vehicle overloading, sudden braking and sharp turns, and other damages resulting from improper use. External force injuries such as nail pricking, bumps, and scratches from gravel roads; It is used for wear and tear in non-factory-recommended scenarios such as racing cars, as well as over-aging and self-repaired faults, etc.
