3. Inspection. After starting the vehicle daily, check the instrument panel, including hydraulic pressure, oil pressure, and fluid level, and check the battery charge. Replace worn parts promptly.

II. Regular Maintenance

1. Change the engine oil and air filter. Changing the engine oil and air filter improves engine efficiency and extends engine life. It is generally recommended to replace the hydraulic oil every 500 hours.

2. Replace the hydraulic oil. Regularly replacing the hydraulic oil prevents the accumulation of grease and contaminants, maintaining the proper operation of the hydraulic system. It is generally recommended to replace it every 1000 hours.

3. Replace the tires. Tires are an important component of the forklift. Replacing worn tires improves the forklift's stability and operating efficiency. It is generally recommended to replace them every 5000 hours.

In addition, pay attention to driving and parking the forklift. When driving, slow down and be careful not to collide with cargo, walls, or other obstacles. When parking, choose a flat surface, release the parking brake, and shut off the oil and power lines to prevent the vehicle from sliding.
