The carcass of solid tires is made entirely of rubber, which greatly ensures puncture resistance and eliminates the risk of punctures in harsh working environments or during load-bearing operation of industrial vehicles. Solid tires have low load-deflection and excellent operational stability. Because they are puncture-resistant and tear-resistant, and do not require inflation, solid tires can completely replace pneumatic tires in low-speed, high-efficiency vehicles.

Solid tires have over half a century of production history and rich experience. The rubber formula maximizes tire performance. Inspections by the National Engineering Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center have shown that solid tires have a rolling resistance coefficient comparable to pneumatic tires, thus resolving the issue of increased fuel consumption associated with switching to solid tires.

Compared to pneumatic tires, solid tires offer advantages such as increased safety, puncture resistance, tear resistance, wear resistance, and a longer lifespan. They are an ideal alternative to pneumatic tires for industrial vehicles. With the development of industrial vehicles and the improvement of solid tire production technology, this type of tire is becoming more and more widely used.
