How to Use Industrial Tires？

1. The technical parameters provided in this document are for use in ordinary places only. 

If you need to use it in special places, please consult the technical department for special customization. (Special types of tires that can be selected: solid tires, anti-static tires, non-marking tires, heat-resistant tires, high-speed tires, anti-slip tires, oil-resistant tires, all-weather tires, low rolling resistance tires.)

2. When using the parameters in this document, please pay attention to the following:

(1) The driving speed of a counterbalanced forklift refers to the maximum driving speed when it is not loaded. Even at low speeds, it cannot be overloaded.

(2) If the speed is greater than 25km/h, consult with the tire and rim manufacturer to determine the reasonable combination of the tire and the rim to achieve the expected use effect.

(3) The load capacity of the drive wheel is limited to intermittent use. Intermittent use means that the tire is not continuously operated at the indicated speed and load capacity. It is usually loaded for one operating stroke and unloaded for the other operating stroke.

(4) When using a pneumatic tire rim solid tire, please pay attention to the size of the rim, especially the width of the rim, which must match the rim width marked on the tire. At the same time, please confirm the maximum load capacity of the rim at the rim manufacturer. The load capacity of the wheel will be strictly limited by the minimum load capacity of the rim and tire.

(5) The operating radius is less than 2000m. If you need to operate over a longer distance and use it on rotating equipment and container crane wheels, please consult the technical department.

3. Products include:

(1) Drive wheels and steering wheels for counterbalanced forklifts and other industrial vehicles.

(3) Tires for bridge cranes, gantry cranes, reach cranes, and empty container cranes.
