Packing and Shipping

Available packing formats may include individual bags, cartons, woven bags, pallets and private-label packaging, subject to order quantity and destination requirements. Before order confirmation, provide units per carton/bag, gross and net weight, carton dimensions, pallet configuration, loading quantity and marking requirements.

Installation and Use Guidance

Confirm the tire, tube, rim and valve are compatible and undamaged.

Clean the tire interior and rim; remove debris, rust, sharp edges and damaged rim tape/flap.

Apply only an approved light dusting/installation aid where permitted; do not use petroleum-based lubricant.

Insert the tube without twisting; align the valve with the rim hole and avoid pinching.

Inflate in stages to seat the assembly, then set pressure to the tire/equipment manufacturer’s specification.

Recheck valve position, pressure and leakage before operation.

What information do you need to confirm the correct tube?

Send the tire sidewall size, rim diameter and valve-hole details, current valve code if known, equipment type, operating conditions, order quantity and destination. A photo or drawing helps reduce fitment errors.

Can one tube size fit several tire sizes?

Some tubes may cover a defined group of tire sizes, but compatibility must be confirmed for the exact tire and rim. Do not select only by rim diameter.

Which valve types are available?

Availability depends on tube size and rim design. The current range includes several TRA and GB/T valve references; send your valve code, drawing or sample for confirmation.

Are these tubes made of butyl rubber?

The compound must be confirmed for the selected size and order specification. Ask for the material declaration and relevant test data before ordering.

Do you provide samples?

Sample availability, cost and lead time depend on size, valve and customization. Submit your specification and destination for a sample plan.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The current public MOQ is 100 pieces. Confirm whether the MOQ applies per size, per valve, or per mixed order when requesting a quotation.

Can you print our brand and customize packaging?

OEM marking and packaging can be evaluated based on quantity, artwork, market requirements and production feasibility. Mass production starts after sample or artwork approval.

How do you test for air leakage?

JABIL should publish the exact test method, duration and acceptance criteria for the selected product. Request the inspection plan or batch record with your order.

How should industrial tubes be stored?

Store unused tubes in a cool, dry, dark and ventilated area, away from heat, ozone sources, oils, solvents and sharp objects. Keep them in the original packaging and follow the specified shelf-life policy.

What is your production lead time?

Lead time depends on size, stock/tooling, quantity, OEM requirements and season. The confirmed delivery date should be stated on the sales contract or proforma invoice.

Can different sizes be shipped together?

Mixed loading may be available, subject to MOQ per item, packaging and container planning. Ask for a loading proposal.

How do I submit a quality claim?

Provide the PO/invoice, batch code, product size and valve, affected quantity, clear photos/video and fitment/operating details. The warranty and remedy follow the signed sales terms.
