Forklift tire specifications should be determined based on the static load generated by the forklift's own weight and cargo weight, the dynamic load generated by the forklift during operation, and factors such as road surface and vehicle speed.

Solid tires are industrial tires used on off-highway vehicles, primarily for forklift tires, scissor lift tires, wheel loader tires, port tires, and boarding bridge tires. Solid tires cannot be used for road transportation.

Solid tires have a high wear resistance, low heat generation during operation, and are manufactured without under or over sulfurization, resulting in a significantly longer service life.

The forklift split rims must be free of cracks, defects, or deformation, ensuring the complete structural integrity of the rim. For example, there must be no broken or missing rims, as this will affect the rim's strength and safety.

The Web Type solid tire is a technological combination of the traditional pneumatic tire rim-type solid tire and the steel rim press-fit solid tire.

In industrial handling, port terminals, metallurgy, mining, manufacturing and other high-intensity application scenarios, the operating environment of the equipment is usually more complex, the intensity of the operation is high, which puts forward higher requirements for the safety, load-bearing capacity and service life of the solid tires.
